John Hammond was an American music producer of singular vision and tenacity, who pushed aside the prejudice that kept Harlem jazz and white New York apart in the early 1930s. He went on to champion a panoply of greats, from Goodman to Springsteen, Dylan to Cohen, Holiday to Basie. He’s the perfect embodiment of what Guinness mean by “made of more” – as captured in this gorgeous new film created by TBWA Ireland in collaboration with AMV BBDO.
