The Insolvency Service of Ireland exists to create breathing room and to help turn the tide. To present that truth as powerfully as possible, TBWA Ireland teamed up with film-maker Martin Stirling (Anatomy of a Split Second, Don’t Look Back) & paper sculptor Ray Besserdin.
